Businesses & agencies • three or more sites

SEO automation for agencies and multi-site businesses, with one approval queue across each site.

Each site on the plan has the same gated pipeline: research, drafting against a fact registry that site’s owner approved, on-page checks, human approval, publish to WordPress with a snapshot, and daily measurement. You see all of it in one place.

What is SEO automation for agencies at Uncharted SEO?

SEO automation for agencies at Uncharted SEO means one Scale plan per client site, for three or more sites, and a single consolidated view across all of them: the daily rank series, Google AI Overview citation state, technical audit state and the approval queue. Each site keeps its own fact registry and its own human approval on every publish.

What changes at three sites

The work does not change. The oversight does.

One site with automated content needs one reviewer and one registry. Three sites need three registries, three approval queues and three sets of daily numbers, and the person responsible for all of them needs to see them without opening three dashboards.

That is the whole difference between this page and the pricing page. The pipeline that runs for a single Launch or Scale site is the pipeline that runs for each of yours: live SERP research, competitor scoping, drafting against that site’s approved facts, Yoast grade on-page checks, readability control, and a human approval before anything publishes. Nothing is thinned out for volume. What is added is the consolidated view and a queue that shows every pending publish, for each site, in one list.

Agencies get one more thing: a clean line between what you operate and what your client owns. You run the queue. The client’s registry is the client’s. The fact lock will not let a draft about a client state a price, a credential, a date or a claim that client has not approved, no matter who is sitting at the keyboard. For an agency that has ever had to explain an unverified claim a tool published about a client, that line is the product. How the pipeline works, step by step.

Per site inclusions

Each site in the account runs on Scale.

Each site is its own Scale plan, billed per site. These are the inclusions, and each one is a bullet the operator signs before it goes live.

  • Up to 30 SEO and AEO articles per month per site, drafted against that site’s approved fact registry
  • Auto publish to WordPress with a snapshot and rollback on every change
  • Fact lock: a claim about the business that its owner has not approved cannot publish
  • Daily rank tracking on up to 75 tracked keywords per site, with daily history
  • Google AI Overview citation tracking on every tracked keyword: who Google’s AI quotes, and when it becomes your site
  • Full technical site audit at onboarding, refreshed monthly
  • Keyword research, SERP based clustering and a cannibalization check before every new page
  • Monthly backlink opportunity report with outreach targets exported
  • Priority drafting queue and same day support
  • Monthly strategy session with a senior SEO: topical authority planning, content review, the quarter’s plan
  • Competitor teardown reports: what the pages beating each site actually have, measured
  • Search Console integration: index verification and query opportunity mining from each site’s own data
  • Human review on every publish. Nothing goes live unapproved
  • Early access to new capabilities as they ship

Per-site price: Scale at $250 per month, or $2,500 per year . No volume discount is published here. Tell us how many sites; we quote per site.

Per site versus consolidated

What each site gets, and what you see across all of them.

The left column is delivered to each site on its own. The right column is what the consolidated view adds when the sites sit in one account.

CapabilityPer siteConsolidated across your sites
Rank trackingDaily series on every tracked keyword for that siteOne table of every keyword on each site, sortable by movement, with the site named on each row
Google AI Overview citationsFor each keyword: is there an AI Overview, and who it quotesCitation state for every tracked keyword across the account, so you can see which sites are being quoted and which are not
Technical auditFull audit at onboarding, refreshed monthly: broken links, redirect chains, schema state, internal links, index statusOpen findings per site in one list, oldest first, so the site that needs attention is the one you see first
Approval queueEvery draft waits for a named approver before it publishesEvery pending publish on each site in one queue, with the site and the approver on each item
Fact registryOne registry per site, approved by the business that owns itSeparate by design. There is no shared registry; a fact approved for one client never leaks into another client’s drafts
PublishingAuto publish to WordPress, snapshot first, one click rollbackA log of every publish and every rollback across the account, with the date and the approver
Backlink opportunitiesMonthly report of domains linking to two or more competitors and not to this siteReports side by side, so a domain that is an opportunity for several of your sites is visible as one outreach target
StrategyMonthly session with a senior SEO per siteSessions can be combined across sites on request; the plan for each site stays its own
Consolidated reporting

One dashboard across each site you run. It exists, and it is ours.

This is not a mockup. It is the same reporting layer we run the sites we run on, and it shows four things.

01 • RANK SERIES

Daily positions, each site

Every tracked keyword on each site, read daily, with history. Sort by site, by movement, or by keyword. A position that slips on a client site shows up the next morning, not at the end of the month.

02 • AI OVERVIEW CITATIONS

Who Google’s AI quotes

For each tracked keyword: whether Google shows an AI Overview, which sources it cites, and whether one of them is yours. Refreshed continuously, for every keyword, not for a sample of prompts. Google AI Overviews only; we do not track ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini today, and we will not say we do until we do.

03 • TECHNICAL STATE

Open audit findings

Broken links, redirect chains, schema state, internal link structure and index status through Search Console, per site, with the date each finding was last checked. Refreshed monthly.

04 • APPROVAL QUEUE

Every pending publish

Each draft that has passed the gates and is waiting for a person. The site, the page, the approver and how long it has waited. Nothing on any site publishes until someone in this queue says so.

The fact lock, per client

A registry per site, and the client holds the pen.

Every draft is checked against the registry of facts the site’s owner approved: claims, prices, dates, credentials. A violation is repaired or the draft is refused. It is never published and fixed later.

For a business running several of its own sites, this means one registry per brand or location, so a price that is true in one market does not appear in another. For an agency, it means the registry belongs to the client. You can propose entries, and you can operate the queue, but the client, or the person the client authorizes, approves what the machine is allowed to say about their business. That separation is what makes this usable for the legal, financial, medical and licensed home services clients most automated content tools cannot serve. SEO automation for regulated industries.

The approval step is the second lock. Every page that has passed the gates still waits for a person. On a multi-site account that person can be you, your client, or both in sequence. What it cannot be is nobody. Unattended publishing is not a feature we offer, and on this page it is listed under what we do not do, on purpose.

Stated plainly

What this is not, so nobody has to ask twice.

Each of these is a thing other tools in this market sell. We either do not offer it or do not offer it yet, and the page says which.

Not rebranded under your name

The reports and the dashboard carry the Uncharted SEO name. You can export the data and present it in your own reporting. A version of the service that carries your brand is not offered.

Not a resale login

There is no platform account you buy in bulk and hand out. Each site is a managed plan with a named approver. If you want software licenses, this is not that.

Not a reseller program

No margin structure, no partner tiers, no volume discount figure on this page. Per site, quoted in writing, until something else is approved and published here.

No delivered backlinks

We do not run a link exchange and we do not place links. Each site gets a monthly opportunity report with outreach targets. Google’s link spam policy names link exchanges at scale; that is why this is a policy, not a missing feature.

WordPress only, today

Auto publish is to WordPress with a snapshot and rollback. Publishing to other platforms is not offered yet. When it ships, it will be on this page and in the plan bullets before it is in any sales conversation.

No unattended publishing

Every publish on each site is approved by a person, and that approval is a feature you keep per site. The fact lock underneath it, checking every draft against the facts that site approved, is what keeps an unapproved claim off the page. When a fully unattended mode is proven on our own sites it may become an option; until then approval is mandatory, not a toggle.

How it starts

Three steps, then the queue is yours.

1

Tell us how many sites

Use the form below or call. Name the sites, who owns each one, and who will approve. We quote per site, in writing, before anything is billed.

2

Baseline audit and registries

Each site gets the full technical audit and a registry drafted from what its owner tells us is true. Nothing enters a registry without that owner’s approval.

3

Drafts, gates, approvals, measurement

Research and drafting start per site. Every draft passes the gates, waits in the queue, and publishes to WordPress with a snapshot when approved. The daily series starts the same day.

What we can show from the sites we runThe two plansWho runs this

Straight answers

Businesses and agencies: straight answers.

Is there a minimum number of sites for the Businesses and Agencies plan?

No minimum is enforced. The page is written for teams running three or more sites because that is where a shared approval queue and one consolidated view start to matter. One or two sites are served by the Launch and Scale plans on the pricing page.

Who approves the fact registry when an agency runs the account?

The business that owns the site, or the person it authorizes in writing. An agency can operate the queue and manage the work, but a claim, price, date or credential about a client’s business enters that client’s registry only with that client’s approval. The fact lock does not treat the agency as the source of truth about a client.

Can I put my own brand on the reports or the dashboard?

Not today. The dashboard and the reports carry the Uncharted SEO name. You can export the daily rank series, the Google AI Overview citation state and the audit findings and present them in your own reporting. A rebranded version of the service is not something we offer, and this page will not say otherwise until it ships.

Do you publish to anything other than WordPress?

No. Auto publish is to WordPress today, with a snapshot before every change and one click rollback. Sites on other platforms can still receive research, drafts and tracking, but publishing to them is manual and outside the plan. When another platform ships it will appear on this page and nowhere before.

Do you build backlinks for the sites in the account?

No. Each site gets a monthly backlink opportunity report: domains linking to two or more of that site’s competitors and not to it, with outreach targets exported. We do not run a link exchange and we do not deliver placed links. The outreach is yours or your client’s to do.

How is a multi-site account priced?

Per site, on the Scale plan. There is no volume discount figure published here and none will be until it is approved. Tell us how many sites; we quote per site, in writing, before anything is billed.
